2025 Preseason Order Program Details

ORDER DATES

Each option of the PSO program comes with specific deadlines, shipping dates, and program benefits. To take full advantage, please ensure your order is submitted by the appropriate deadline. If an order is received more than one day (24 hours) after the cutoff, it will be processed under the next available option and subject to that option’s terms.
However, orders received after the final deadline of October 1, 2025, will unfortunately not be accepted, and accounts without a qualifying order will be reclassified to non-distributor status and moved to terms of credit card status if on open account.

• Option #1: Order due by August 11, 2025

• Option #2: Order due by September 1, 2025

• Option #3: Order due by October 1, 2025

SHIP DATES

Orders ship complete on a first-in, first-out basis, with shipments beginning according to the qualifying PSO Option. PPW may hold orders to ship complete or send partial shipments at its discretion. If partials are sent, PPW will cover backorder shipping cost (ground service only). All PSO’s ship via ground service exclusively.

PPW reserves the right to ship outside the qualified option window based on stock availability or high-volume shipping periods

• Option #1: Shipping starts September 1, 2025

• Option #3: Shipping starts November 3, 2025

PRESEASON PAYMENT TERMS

Option # 1 – Open accounts only (non-credit card)
Invoices are to be paid in three installments: 1/3 due within 30 days of invoice date, 1/3 due within 60 days of invoice date, final balance due within 90 days of invoice date.

Option # 2 – Open accounts only (non-credit card)
Invoices are to be paid in two installments: 1/2 due within 30 days of invoice date, final balance due within 60 days of invoice date.

Option # 3 – Standard Terms
Standard terms apply based on your account’s normal payment agreement, specified on your invoice (i.e. Net 30 or CC “Credit Card”).

All PSO payments must be made by the due date specified within your preseason invoice. Failure to comply with the terms of the PSO program or invoice deadline may result in the following consequences, including but not limited to:

• Loss of preseason discounts
• Reversal of any freight charges covered by PPW
• Account hold or suspension
• Adjustment of account terms (e.g., credit card payment only)
• Possible removal from distributor status

FREIGHT TERMS BY PRESEASON PROGRAM OPTION

Free Freight

Option # 1 – Free Freight – Applies to commercial addresses within the contiguous United States (Excludes: District of Columbia, Alaska and Hawaii) also excludes any deliveries requiring a liftgate (additional charges may apply).

Option # 2 – Freight Allowance – A freight credit will be applied to your invoice to offset shipping charges. Any freight cost exceeding the PSO-specified allowance will be the customer’s responsibility and reflected on the invoice.

Option # 3 – Prepaid & Add – PPW will prepay all freight charges, and these charges will be added to your invoice. The customer is responsible for payment of these charges.

PRICING

Item pricing is based on the quantity ordered. However, our PSO program offers the chance to lock-in Premier Pricing (i.e. last pricing tier) – either for the PSO only or for both PSO and in-season orders, depending on which qualifying option is met.

Option # 1 – Premier Pricing for PSO & In-Season Orders
? Meet the qualifications, and your PSO will receive Premier Pricing
? Enjoy consistent discounts on all eligible purchases throughout the season with?? locked-in Premier Pricing until April 1, 2026!

Option # 2 – Premier Pricing for PSO Only
? Meet the qualifications, and your PSO will receive Premier Pricing
?? In-Season orders will follow standard tier based pricing on the quantity ordered at the time of purchase.

Option # 3 – Quantity-Based Pricing Only
? Meet the qualifications, and pricing – both preseason and in-season, is based solely on order quantity. ??There are no lock-in Premier Discounts. Standard bracketed pricing applies to each order at the time it’s placed.

DISCOUNTS

Aside from quantity break discounts, the only additional discount available is for Option # 3. Based on your PSO order value, this option will receive a 2% discount on the total merchandise purchased (PSO Only). This discount does not apply to any freight.
