This is to hold the plastic cover over the solenoids.

Another Option would be 56580 (Click for Info) stand off screws they are much easier to use. The threads are 8-32 and it is 1/2" long.

This is used with Plastic Cover 21394, 7649 & 56291 on the straight blades as well as, the older v plow covers 66620, 66621, 66396, 66397, 66398.
