This is a Genuine Western OE 56291 Cover Assembly

Fisher Uses Part Number7649

This goes over the Valves on both the Western and the Fisher Solenoid Operated Pump

This is for the older pumps where the lift ram is part of the pump.

Make sure you get the screws as well, the standard screw is 90650 or the recommended stand off screw is 56580 (Click Part # for Info)
